King Salmon season opens Today August 1st. I’ll be starting on the lower Columbia river. This area is also known as Buoy 10 in Astoria Oregon. Once the Kings start pushing up the river, I will follow them up the river. I will be trolling with 360 flashers with many different lure combinations. Some of my favorites are spinners and spinfish. I’m looking forward to seeing many of my California clients that are no longer able to catch salmon in CA and new clients form Oregon and Washington.
